• Industrial Transfer of a rolling mill from LDD Dudelange (Luxemburg) to Ugine ALZ Genk (Belgium).

• Cylinders : 600 tons
• Housings : 200 tons
• Grinding machine and concrete block : 160 tons
• Equipment and emulsions : 1140 tons

• 15 wide load trucks
• 105 trucks
• Re-assembling :
• Designed interconnection piping lay out
  
• Pre-fabricated, assembled hydraulic piping (3500 meters), for emulsions, cooling systems, compressed air, lubrication (10 000 inches).
• Used mechanical equipment.
• Integrated new SMS manufacturing equipment ,mill inlet and outlet carriage coilers and uncoilers
• Rewired power and wired signal cable.

Particularity :

• Dismantled et transported concrete block for grinding machine (160 tons) gaining 6 months of reinstallation – Civil Engineering-

Planning :

• Total duration: 6 months including 4 months for dismantling and 2 months for loading and transport.
